The Rule in Simplest Weight Loss

Here are the simplest rules to loss a pound !

1. When you are hungry, Eat.
2. Eat what you want not what you think you should.
3. Eat consciously and enjoy every mouthful.
4.When you think you are full , stop eating.

That is all you need to lose weight and keep it for life.. In above all these rule you can be simply lose weight by changing your eating way into this,, enjoy.

CONCIOUSLY ENJOY EVERY MOUTHFUL .


You can't and won't get the full enjoyment out of your food if you're not properly hungry.
You can trully enjoy foodwhen you choose only foods you truly enjoy.
