Simple way on how to deal with cravings.
Brush your teeth- that awful taste you have in your mouth when restricting calorie intake can lead to eating instead, brush your teeth and tongue with a flavored toothpaste.
Do Something Else- Make your self busy, do anything until that hungry feeling goes away and till you feel eventually cravings will subside.
Drink Water- Add a lot lemons to take away that awful empty feeling that craving bring.
