2. Take diet which is low in the types of fat which may contribute to breast cancer.
3. Eat a large portion that rich in fresh vegetables and fruit which protect againts breast cancer .
4 . Excercise regularly can decreases obesity which has a clear connection with breast cancer.
Most cancer experts are now pretty sure that diet plays an important role in the development of many cancers, to the extent that they think perhaps a third of all cancer deaths could be prevented by changes in diet.
